ORDERING BASICS

What is Meals by Katrina's Kitchen?
A pre-order meal service offering freshly prepared lunch, weekly Sunday Fest dinners, meal prep plans, and catering. Operated by SKB Subsidiaries LLC (dba Meals by Katrina's Kitchen). Meals are made in small batches, focused on fresh ingredients, generous portions, and bold flavor.
Is same-day pickup or delivery available?
No. Every menu — Lunch, Sunday Fest, and Meal Prep — is pre-order only. Orders must be placed in advance to allow time for fresh preparation and scheduling.
What kind of food is on the menu?
Rotating weekly Sunday Fest dinners, lunch bowls (rice, mac, alfredo mac, grits with chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, or catfish nugget), Philly cheesesteaks, hoagies and sandwiches, signature salads, meal prep plans, party trays, family meals, individual dinners, signature drinks, and event catering.

LUNCH

What days is the Lunch menu available?
Every Tuesday and Thursday, pre-order required — not available for same-day delivery or custom pickup.
What's on the Lunch menu?
Rice, mac, alfredo mac, and grits bowls (chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, or catfish nugget), a Philly collection, a classic hoagie and fried bologna sandwich, and signature salads (Cobb, chicken, shrimp, salmon, and deli salad collections).

SUNDAY FEST

What is Sunday Fest?
A weekly pre-order dining experience with a brand-new rotating dinner menu each week — dishes have included country fried chicken, oxtail, chicken parmesan, BBQ Cornish hen, and Katrina's savory pot roast, plus a signature drink.
When do Sunday Fest orders close?
Sunday evening through Friday at 5:00 PM CST. Once the deadline passes, the order window closes for the week. Same-day Sunday orders are not available; meals are prepared exclusively for confirmed, prepaid orders.

MEAL PREP

How does the Meal Prep program work?
Pre-order only. Orders accepted Monday–Friday, deadline Friday 5:00 PM CST. Full payment required at order time; no late orders after the deadline (occasional exceptions based on availability, not guaranteed).
Do I get all my meals delivered at once?
No — delivered in scheduled batches for freshness. 3-Day: all at once. 5-Day: Mon–Wed on Monday, Thu–Fri on Wednesday. 7-Day: Mon–Wed on Monday, Thu–Sun on Wednesday. 2-Week and Monthly follow the same weekly pattern.
What Meal Prep plan options exist?
Lunch Meal Prep, Dinner Meal Prep, and a Lunch & Dinner Combo, each in 3-Day, 5-Day, 7-Day, and Monthly lengths.

DELIVERY & PRICING

How much does delivery cost?
$5 for 0–5 miles, $7.50 for 5.1–10, $10 for 10.1–15, $12.50 for 15.1–20, $15 for 20.1–25 (Meal Prep only). 25.1–30 miles starts from $17.50 and covers Meal Prep and Catering.
Is there a volume discount?
Yes — automatic at checkout, no code needed: 5% off $40+, 10% off $100+, 15% off $400+.

CATERING

What catering services are offered?
Weddings, corporate events, private events, birthdays, graduations, family gatherings, holidays, and custom occasions — individual boxed meals, buffet-style, corporate, private event, wedding, and fully custom catering menus.
How do I get a catering quote?
Every event is quoted individually. Call (219) 900-1314 or use the Order Support contact form to discuss the event, guest count, menu, and catering needs. A dedicated online catering ordering system is coming soon.
Can I change my catering headcount after booking?
Yes, as long as the change is made at least 48 hours before the event date.
