WELCOME

Welcome to Meals by Katrina's Kitchen. By placing an order through our website, social 

media, email, phone, or any other ordering method, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 

ORDERING POLICY 

Meals by Katrina's Kitchen is a pre-order food service. We do not prepare meals for 

immediate purchase or same-day service. Every meal is prepared specifically for confirmed 

customer orders. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Meals by Katrina's 

Kitchen reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order. 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE 

Submitting payment does not automatically mean your order has been accepted. All orders 

are reviewed to ensure they comply with our ordering policies, scheduling requirements, 

menu availability, delivery schedule, and service areas. If we cannot accept an order, you will 

be notified promptly. Any eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy. 

PRE-ORDER REQUIREMENTS 

Temporary Lunch is available by pre-order only. Same-day orders and same-day delivery are 

not available. Orders must be placed in advance to allow time for fresh preparation, 

scheduling, and delivery.​

Sunday Fest is a weekly pre-order dining experience. Orders must be placed by Friday at 

5:00 PM CST. After the Friday deadline, no additional Sunday Fest orders will be accepted. 

Same-day Sunday orders are not available. 

PAYMENT 

Full payment is required before any order is prepared. Orders will not be scheduled until 

payment has been successfully received. Failed, declined, or reversed payments will delay or 

cancel the order. 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY 

Customers are responsible for verifying menu selections, quantities, delivery information, 

contact information, delivery date, and dietary requests before completing a purchase. 

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT 

Before checkout, customers must acknowledge: 'I have read, understand, and agree to the 

Meals by Katrina's Kitchen Terms & Conditions, Ordering Policies, and Refund Policy.' Orders 

cannot be submitted without accepting this acknowledgment. 

FRESH PREPARATION 

Every meal is prepared fresh for each confirmed order. Meals are not prepared in advance 

for general sale. 

ORDER CHANGES 

Changes may be requested before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, 

changes cannot be guaranteed. 

CANCELLATIONS 

Orders may be canceled before food preparation begins. Once preparation has started, 

orders cannot be canceled. 

REFUNDS 

Each refund request is reviewed individually. Refunds are generally not available once 

preparation has begun. 

PAYMENT DISPUTES 

Customers should contact Meals by Katrina's Kitchen before filing a dispute. Supporting 

documentation may include order confirmations, acknowledgments, payment records, 

communications, preparation records, delivery confirmations, and delivery photographs 

when available. 

DELIVERY 

Delivery availability depends on scheduling and location. Delivery times may vary. 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. 

MISSED DELIVERIES 

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available or incorrect information was 

provided, additional delivery fees may apply if a second delivery is possible. 

FOOD ALLERGIES 

Our kitchen handles common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, tree 

nuts, and peanuts. Customers with food allergies should notify us before ordering. 

MENU AVAILABILITY 

Menu items may change due to ingredient availability, seasonal offerings, or supplier 

shortages. Comparable substitutions may be made when necessary. 

PRICING 

Prices may change without notice. Confirmed and paid orders will be honored at the price 

paid. 

FOOD PHOTOGRAPHY 

Food photographs represent the style and presentation of our meals. Actual appearance may 

vary. 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE 

Meals by Katrina's Kitchen reserves the right to refuse service or decline future orders 

involving fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, harassment, threatening behavior, abuse 

toward staff, or repeated violations of ordering policies. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

Meals by Katrina's Kitchen is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, power 

outages, transportation issues, supplier shortages, or other events beyond our reasonable 

control. 

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS 

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms 

& Conditions.
